Brashear hosted Knox County Monday night for softball. The Lady Eagles of Knox County wasted no time putting up 5 runs in the top of the 1st. Brashear answered in the bottom of the 2nd as Alexa Higgins doubled, stole 3rd, and scored on a Tanna Garlock infield groundout. Knox County then added 4 runs in the 3rd and 8 more in the 4th to cruise to a 17-1 win. Alexa Higgins and Harli Mihalovich each had hits for Brashear. Averi Acton took the loss on the mound.
